Trump-Hating Colorado Secretary Of State Loses Another Election Integrity Battle

Published

on

Jena Griswold, Colorado’s rabidly leftist Secretary of State who will forever be known for her anti-democratic drive to knock former President Donald Trump off the ballot, has suffered another election law loss in federal court.

The U.S. District Court for the Colorado District last week issued an order demanding the Democrat secretary of state release Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) reports suspected of containing dead registrants on the state’s voter rolls. The reports, according to a settlement, include individuals who may have died within the past three years.

It’s another significant election integrity victory for the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), and another stunning loss for election transparency-stifling Griswold and ERIC.

“PILF has knocked down ERIC’s wall of secrecy in the voter list maintenance process,” J. Christian Adams, president of the election integrity watchdog organization, said in a press release. “States cannot use third parties to hide election records that the public has a right to see.”

Griswold ultimately signed the stipulation after the court denied her original request to dismiss the case. Judge Philip Brimmer ordered the secretary of state’s office to disclose the requested 2021 ERIC Reports by Nov. 1. Brimmer did allow minimal redactions to the ERIC Report Key. With the agreement reached, the judge dismissed PILF’s claim that Griswold violated the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993.

Lifting ERIC’s Veil of Secrecy

Among the many reasons states have left the voter registration data sharing partnership in droves is that ERIC’s membership agreement bars states from

While Your Family Members Died Alone, Lockdowners Had Sex Parties

Published

While thousands of sick patients died alone under forced hospital isolation measures, New York City’s “Covid czar” attended sex parties and drug-fueled raves.

Dr. Jay Varma, who led the city’s coronavirus response as senior adviser to then-Mayor Bill de Blasio, admitted to the pandemic promiscuity in secretly recorded conversations published by conservative podcaster Steven Crowder.

“It’s so funny,” Varma said on tape, “because I did all this like deviant, sexual stuff while I was on TV.”

Varma said in another recorded conversation he and his wife rented a hotel room to host their own secret sex party with Ecstasy. “We … had to be kind of sneaky about it because hotels didn’t want people gathering there,” Varma said, adding his profile as the city’s lockdowner-in-chief called for extra discretion. “It was fun!”

Varma said in yet another recorded conversation he attended a sex party in August 2020 with “10 to 12 people,” which likely would have violated New York City’s rules when gatherings were routinely capped at 10 people.

Varma also talked about attending crowded underground dance parties in June 2021.

“We were all rolling, we were all taking molly and everyone was high,” he said. “But I was looking around,” he added, wondering “if anybody sees me and they’re going to be pissed because this was not Covid-friendly.”

Millions of New York City residents meanwhile struggled under the public health official’s aggressive lockdowns that permanently closed more than 5,000 businesses in Manhattan alone.

Arizona Supreme Court Affirms 100K Voters’ ‘Full-Ballot’ Status After Registration ‘Error’

Published

on

On Friday, the Arizona Supreme Court authorized nearly 100,000 voters to vote “full-ballot” this November after election officials found a government-induced “error” put their registration statuses into question.

“[W]e are unwilling on these facts to disenfranchise voters en masse from participating in state contests,” Chief Justice Ann Scott Timmer wrote. “Doing so is not authorized by state law and would violate principles of due process.”

The issue came to fruition last week when state officials revealed they discovered roughly 97,000 voters on the state registration lists are classified as full-ballot voters despite not having provided documentary proof of citizenship (DPOC). According to left-leaning Votebeat Arizona, the decades-old error appears to have resulted “from the way the Motor Vehicle Division provides driver’s license information to the state’s voter registration system.”

Secretary of State Adrian Fontes said these voters “lean more heavily Republican” and are between 45-60 years old, according to the outlet.

In Arizona, voters registering via state registration form must provide documentary proof of citizenship (DPOC) to vote in state and local races. Those who are unable to provide such proof are registered as “federal-only” voters and can only cast ballots in federal races.

Following last week’s revelation, Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer filed a lawsuit asking the state supreme court to force Fontes to classify the 97,000 voters in question as federal-only voters until they provide DPOC. Fontes and leading Arizona Republicans disagreed and argued these voters should be allowed to vote full-ballot this November.

Siding with Fontes and Republicans,

Pennsylvania Governor Won’t Send Troops To U.S. Border But Will To Help Ukraine

Published

on

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, the well-connected Democrat who was nearly picked as Kamala Harris’ running mate, refuses to send the Pennsylvania National Guard to protect the U.S. border, but has sent more than 150 American troops to boost Ukraine’s war effort.

Shapiro and Sen. Bob Casey, D-Penn., on Sunday hosted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant (SCAAP) in Lackawanna County, one of two major munitions plants in northeastern Pennsylvania. SCAAP is a U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command facility that manufactures large-caliber projectiles and mortar projectiles for the U.S. Department of Defense.

The United States has already spent $56 billion in support of Ukraine, and Zelensky is back, hat in hand, asking for more money, more weapons with more range into Russia, and international diplomatic support.

Photos show Shapiro and Zelensky at the munitions plant writing on large-caliber projectiles presumably meant for Russia. There is something jarring about an anti-gun governor laughing and writing messages on weapons that kill people.

Signs Agreement with Russia-Occupied Region

During Zelensky’s visit, Shapiro also signed Pennsylvania up for a five-year sister state agreement with Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, which is mostly occupied by Russia. Zaporizhzhia holds a vital nuclear power plant that Russia has occupied since March 2022.

The agreement with Pennsylvania claims it will help the Zaporizhzhia region rebuild after the war while creating businesses opportunities in Pennsylvania.

The agreement contains just one sentence about financial contributions, saying each participant will bear its own expenses in connection with the
