Three Years Later, Democrats Can’t Obfuscate Kamala Harris’ Role In Botched Afghanistan Withdrawal

As America recognizes the three-year anniversary of the Biden administration’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal this week, regime-approved media are only concerned about one thing — and that’s trying to muddle Vice President Kamala Harris’ role in the disastrous pullout.

On Monday, the Associated Press once again showed its true colors as a Democrat propaganda outlet by running an article titled, “Trump tries to connect Harris to the chaotic Afghanistan War withdrawal on anniversary of attack,” in which author Adriana Gomez Licon attempted to obfuscate Harris’ role in the failed exit that got 13 U.S. service members killed.

“Former President Donald Trump on Monday is tying Vice President Kamala Harris to the chaotic Afghanistan War withdrawal on the third anniversary of the suicide bombing that killed 13 U.S. service members,” Gomez Licon wrote, citing a Monday Truth Social post from Trump, in which he referred to the pullout as “the most EMBARRASSING moment in the history of our Country.”

Contrary to the dishonest picture painted by the AP, Trump doesn’t have to “tr[y]” to connect Harris to the withdrawal. She’s Biden’s vice president and, as previously reported by the media, was heavily involved in overseeing the administration’s exit from the region.

Shortly after the White House announced in spring 2021 its plans to depart Afghanistan, Harris confirmed to CNN’s Dana Bash that, as Politico described, “she was the last person in the room” before Biden made the decision.
