Jim Jordan Subpoenas Anti-Free Speech Group Over Censorship Collusion With Biden Regime

The foreign dark money group that colluded with the Biden administration to commission the censorship of Americans on Big Tech platforms must hand over any communications and documents that explain which online “content moderation occurred as a result of the government’s influence,” a new subpoena from Republican Rep. Jim Jordan says.

The House Judiciary Committee decided to pursue information from the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) — the think tank that tried to get The Federalist deplatformed in 2020 — thanks to the stunning censorship admissions discovered in the Missouri v. Biden case.

“It is necessary for Congress to gauge the extent to which the federal government or one of
its proxies worked with or relied upon CCDH to censor speech,” Chairman Jordan wrote in the subpoena’s accompanying letter to CCDH CEO Imran Ahmed. “The scope of the Committee’s
investigation includes intermediaries who may or may not have had a full understanding of the
government’s efforts and motivations.”

The committee’s investigation, Jordan explained, stems directly from its desire to “develop effective legislation” that would prevent the federal government from demanding the silencing of millions of Americans.

Jordan first asked CCDH on Aug. 3 to turn over documents, communications, and grant paperwork that would inform the committee’s investigation into the Biden regime’s speech suppression campaign.
