Bill De Blasio Is Single And Ready To Mingle

Published

on

On Wednesday, after 29 blissful years of marriage made in Marxist hell, former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and his wife Chirlane McCray announced they are separating.

If Donald Trump had ever married an out lesbian to burnish his political credentials, I’m sure she would have looked like one of the hot French chicks in “Blue Is the Warmest Color.” When Bill de Blasio wifed up his own politically expedient lesbian, he had to set his sights a bit lower.

De Blasio is a man with a long history of taking politically expedient changes to his identity, including his birth name. He was born Warren Wilhelm Jr., but that’s a bit too Germanic to win elections in New York.

It turns out he’d noticed a few minor red flags even before their nuptials:

“For the guy who took the chance on a woman who was an out lesbian and wrote an article called ‘I Am a Lesbian,’” Mr. de Blasio said, “there was a part of me that would at times say, ‘Hmmm, is this like a time bomb ticking? Is this something that you’re going to regret later on?’ So I always lived with that stuff.’”

Regrets, he’s had a few.

Marriages of convenience, as we know, abound in elite Democrat circles. Perhaps the most famous is the rapturous love story of Bill and Hillary Clinton, locked in their nuptial death spiral until the end of days.

You may recall that Chirlane was called the “co-mayor”

Secret Service Director Who Allowed Assassination Attempt On Trump Says She Won’t Resign

Published

Kimberly Cheatle, director of the U.S. Secret Service, said she will not resign from her role after what she called the “unacceptable” assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump at his campaign rally in Pennsylvania.

In an interview with ABC, Cheatle said the attack on Saturday is “something that shouldn’t happen again.”

Cheatle said she understood her responsibility as the director of the Secret Service but refused to step down, telling ABC she would not resign from her post.

“The buck stops with me,” Cheatle said. “I am the director of the Secret Service, and I need to make sure that we are performing a review and that we are giving resources to our personnel as necessary.”

Bullets rang out at the Trump campaign event in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, with one hitting the former president in the ear in an assassination attempt. One rallygoer — a husband, father, and firefighter — was struck fatally, and two other attendees were injured.

“It was obviously a situation that as a Secret Service agent, no one ever wants to occur in their career,” Cheatle said.

Calls for Cheatle’s resignation come after the Secret Service did not adequately prepare for the protection of Trump and rallygoers. As The Federalist’s John Daniel Davidson wrote, “As far as sniper assassination attempts go, this might be the most telegraphed attack in history”:

Olivia Rinaldi of CBS News posted on X Monday evening that snipers were stationed inside the building where the would-be assassin staged his attack. They saw him beforehand, outside looking

WATCH: Donald Trump Walks Out At RNC In First Public Appearance Since Assassination Attempt

Published

on

Former President Donald Trump dramatically entered the Republican National Convention (RNC) Monday night in his first public appearance since Saturday’s failed assassination attempt.

Trump walked into the Milwaukee arena with a bandaged right ear. The song “God Bless the U.S.A.” welcomed the former commander-in-chief to the RNC for a third presidential nomination.

Once the music finished, delegates erupted with chants of “USA!” and “Fight!” in reference to Trump shouting, “Fight!” with a defiant fist raised immediately after he was shot on a Pennsylvania rally platform.

I’ve been shot at many many times in combat. Trump’s reaction to stop, stand up w blood running down his face & say wait wait & to look at the crowd, raise his fist & yell FIGHT FIGHT is an UNREAL/incredible reaction. That can’t be taught & as real as it gets. Pure BADASS 🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/rPjpF5RuCb

The former president’s historic appearance on the first evening of the RNC came hours after Trump announced his pick for the vice-presidential nomination, Sen. J.D. Vance from Ohio.

While Republicans celebrated the opening of their 2024 convention with the grand entrance of a nominee who barely survived a gunshot to the head two days prior, President Joe Biden sat down for a live interview with Lester Holt on NBC. Biden denied he often engaged in vitriolic rhetoric that could provoke an assassination attempt on his chief political opponent.

Miracle Monday: GOP Conventiongoers Say Divine Providence Protected Trump From Near-Deadly Bullet

Published

MILWAUKEE — Do you believe in miracles?

Trump faithful turning out for a rousing opening day of the Republican National Convention on Monday in Milwaukee are true believers.

“Honestly, I’m telling you that God saved this guy,” Nirmal Paul, a delegate from New York, told The Federalist above the din of the convention floor at the Fiserv Forum, home of the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks in downtown Milwaukee.

Paul wore a red and white sash bearing the words “Trump 2024” and “Avatar.” The Bangladesh-born American said an avatar — angel or divine spirit — must have been standing next to Trump on that campaign rally stage in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, when a gunman’s bullet came within a fraction of an inch of assassinating former President Donald Trump, the GOP’s three-peat presidential candidate.

“I think he was protected by God,” Paul said, gravely adding, “One inch, he’s done.”

‘I’m Supposed to be Dead’

Divine intervention seemed to be on the minds of a lot of conventiongoers on a languid July evening inside the security perimeter of Milwaukee’s famed Deer District. Several attendees mentioned providence in connection with the attack on Trump that left a courageous rally attendee dead and two others critically injured. A Secret Service agent fatally shot the gunman but not before the gunman fired several shots, including the one that grazed Trump’s right ear.

“I thank God that His hand was on President Trump,” U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., said during a convention
