Biden White House Repeats Debunked Lie That Brian Sicknick Died From January 6 Chaos

Pro-Trump demonstrators were the only people to die from the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021. On Monday’s edition of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Fox News aired new footage from the Capitol undermining the left-wing narrative that police were also killed in the turmoil.

The White House is sticking to its left-wing talking points anyway.

At a Wednesday press briefing, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre responded to Carlson’s publication of the Jan. 6 tapes that undermined the Democrats’ narrative of a “deadly insurrection.” Jean-Pierre condemned Carlson’s reporting and cited similar criticism from Senate Republicans, including Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who parroted the Democrats’ Jan. 6 propaganda.

“We agree with the chief of Capitol Police and the wide range of bipartisan lawmakers,” Jean-Pierre said.

On Tuesday morning, Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger sent a memo to his department that called Carlson’s coverage “filled with offensive and misleading conclusions.”

The White House press secretary criticized Carlson’s reporting on the Jan. 6 tapes as a “false depiction” of the violence at the Capitol. She went on to repeat a conspiracy theory that was debunked again Monday night when she claimed the turmoil “cost police officers their lives.”

Jean-Pierre condemns Tucker Carlson for telling “a false depiction” about January 6 and then says it was “a violent attack that cost police officers their lives.”
