The Foundation for Government Accountability has filed a cross-motion against the Department of Justice asking the court to immediately order the DOJ to release its “Strategic Plan” implementing President Biden’s executive order that directed a federal government takeover of elections — before the midterm elections on Tuesday.
As previously reported, Biden’s executive order directs all 600 federal agencies to “expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.” Multiple agencies subsequently decided to turn federal facilities — especially those that deal with federal benefits — into voter registration agencies.
